Institutions offering the courses are mainly educational institute like Secondary, Higher Secondary School, Polytechnics, Industrial training center, Industrial traing institute, Degree Colleges and Junior High Schools, apart from a few voluntary Organizations.The Council normally affiliates the intending Institute on receipt of their application against the open advertisement published in the ledaing dailies.
Vocation education and Training courses are implemented at two level or tiers, one designated as short trterm vocatinal courses / training of 6 months duration ( VIII + level Short Terms Courses ) and the other of two years duration parallel to Higher Secondary ( X + II level ) couses fro the Madhyamik Pass out.

( i ) Engineerring & Technology ( ET ) [ 18 Trades]
( ii ) Agriculture ( AG ) [ 4 Trades ]
( iii ) Business & Commerce ( BC ) [ 2 Trades ]
( iV ) Home Science ( HS ) [ 8 Trades ]
( V ) Paramedical ( PM ) [ 2 Trades ]
(B) In ( X+2 ) level the courses are offerde in 4 major disciplines e.g.
( i ) Dscipline: Agriculture (AG) [ 4 subjects ]
( ii ) Disciplines: Home Science (HS) [ 4 subjects ],
( iii ) Disciplines: Business & Commerce (BC) [ 4 subjects ]
( iv ) Discipline: Engineering & Technology (ET) [8 subjects ]
